So your suggestion is to use common lang pack method. By determinating variable in omconfig.php, the code would find the correspond lang pack to display the text. OK. I'll try this and release new skin.

BTW, forum & blogs also should be setup in zh_CN. Some default setting is stored in mysql, such as user lang setting in phpBB, what's your suggestion?
