Information Flow

The Information Flow Assessment documents how data within an organisation is created or flows in from outside sources to eventually become information that can be used to support the business objectives of the organisation. The Informatio Flow Assesment is defined during the Organisational Q uickScan for Information Devleopment Activity. It is defined at subject area and technology level. Key information that should be gathered is listed below.

Instructions

Populate the model Information Flow against each of the the criteria described below. Populate this model in a progressive fashion and ideally store content in a tool that can be query and reported against.
