Interview notes are used as part of the awareness setting and requirements gathering process.
Interviews can be conducted through workshops or in a 1-to-1 fashion. 1-to-1 interviews typically last 1-hour.
Initial interviews will focus on free-form questions but will have some objective questions. There should be follow-up after the initial interview and typically later interviews are either more objective or focused on re-fining content.
Requirements Gathering is done at several levels. In MIKE2.0 there are multiple requirements gathering templates that can be utilised for interviews.
