This article is a key aspect of the Open Methodology Framework and has therefore been protected. Propose changes to this article on its corresponding discussion page.

Articles that require Cleanup are those that need to be improved from a style, legibility or aesthetic perspective.

While determining the need for article Cleanup can be a subjective position, the MIKE2.0 Style Guide does provide a number of standards that articles should follow. The Cleanup process is generally related to ensuring articles meet the standards put forward in the Style Guide.

When the need to change content is matter of uncertainty, it should be discussed on the article's corresponding Talk Page.

For examples of well-defined Articles, Contributors may also want to look at articles from the Core MIKE2.0 Methodology as these articles generally align well with the style requirements and require little cleanup.

The Cleanup process is important to keep the MIKE2.0 site professional and easy to use. All users of MIKE2.0 are encouraged to assist in the Cleanup process, through issue identification and resolution.
