MIKE2:Engagement Management Assets

Engagement Management Assets are aligned closely to the Overall Implementation Guide. They include:

• Organisational Models provide examples of team structures; many of the models are focused on building an organisation focused on Information Development.

• Role Definitions provide the skill sets that can be used to conduct a specific project and are mapped into MIKE2.0 at the Activity level in the Overall Implementation Guide.

• Project Estimating Factors provide a list of the major impacts that should be used to size a project. These factors may be input into Estimating Models to provide timeline estimates. MIKE2.0 Solutions contain a list of key Estimating Factors.

• Starter Project Plans provide the inventory of tasks that should be followed to conduct a project. The Overall Task List provides the starting project plan for the MIKE2.0 Methodology.

Many Engagement Management Assets are presented at the MIKE2.0 Solutions level or are referenced within Activities of the Overall Implementation Guide.
