Listed below are some common ways to customize omCollab.

Customize Logo

There is a logo file for each “skin” in the common directory. The one in the top left is different than the one in the bottom left (which should stay). Go to /xampp/htdocs/WIKIROOTNAME/common/skins/mike2/images/

Rename the old logo.gif to logoBAK.gif Add your new logo, with the filename logo.gif

Note - You will need to refresh the cache <ctrl-F5> to see the logo changes

Customize menu items

The main menu area is the sidebar portlet. To edit the sidebar, you need to be logged in as admin. You can also create an account and give yourself these rights. Go to the page: http://<host>/<WIKINAME>/wiki/index.php/MediaWiki:Sidebar and edit this article.

Note – the URL will be different depending on your wiki name and whether you use short URLs.

Removing partners

Go to the partners.ini file in the common directory: /htdocs/WIKIROOTNAME/common/partners.ini

Change the file by adding or removing partners. To remove BearingPoint, for example, you can comment out the code below:
