Overall MIKE2.0 Project Plan
Example Project Plan for MIKE2.0
The overall project plan for MIKE2.0 provide a starting point based on the overall set of tasks. The Usage Model provides indicators for when a particular activity should be applied to a typical solution problem. Within MIKE2.0, Usage Models are listed by Offering Groups, e.g. Usage Model for Enterprise Data Management.
Example within an overall Delivery Programme
MIKE2.0 within BearingPoint's Global Delivery Framework
MIKE2.0 is seen as providing a worksteam/competency for Information Management that goes from strategy to implementation and ongoing operations and improvement.
This workstream would typically run in parallel with other streams of work within a large programme. The model above illustrates the use of MIKE2.0 within BearingPoint's Global Delivery Framework.
Elements of the Delivery Plan
The deliverable plan should contain:
- List of overall tasks
- Identification of timelines and dependencies
- Resource loading per task
The IM plan should be integrated into the larger programme plan
