The Presentation component defines how the site appears to the customer visually, either in a standard form of through their own configuration and means of access.
Personalisation
Personalisation provides the ability of a site to be changed specifically for a user, which can be controlled by a user or set by the system based on information about the user.
Styles
Styles are the skins and themes that allow a site to be "white labelled" and for the visual appearance of the site to be easily changed
Mobility
The Mobility component provide the ability of site content to be delivered to a specific device which requires a fundamental change to the layout of content.
Localisation
Localisation is the ability of the site to easily support changes that would make it relevant to the user. Applies to language but to content appearance.
Rich Interface
RIA (Rich Internet Access) provides mechanisms for the user to have to have a more fluid experience with the site, through more dynamic technologies such as AJAX.
Navigation
Navigation is the capability for users to find their way through site content in a logical fashion. It includes look-and-feel, the sitemap, use of classification models and search.
Channel Transformation
Channel Transformation is the capability to transform content in a fashion that is specific to the outbound channel. A key enabler for mobility.
