Process Optimisation provides enablers to take processes that have been automated and run them in an in even more efficient manner. It is complements the definition of process providing capabilities for measurement, management and improvement of Business Processes to enable companies to optimise their business. Through the skills of experienced process modelling and improvement staff it facilitates true process re-engineering. The metrics for this work are formulated within frameworks such as the Capability Maturity Model and Six Sigma.
