Strategic Success Targets are quantifiable goals of a project that help measure success against a specific timeline. Information should be captured in a quantitative fashion.
Examples include:
- Cost savings in dollars
- Number of reduced staff
- Increased revenue in dollars
These need to be tied to a time dimension.
