We should add the common acronyms (ECM, DAM etc.) on this page in order to facilitate internal and external searches. I have tried to find this page by searching by 'ECM' but got 0 hits.

Proposed Changes for for Next Release of this Article

Collaboration components needs to better defined and should bring in the use of new technologies
Content needs to be extended to include common search terms and acronyms (e.g. ECM for Enterprise Content Management) in order to improve searches
