Row4: update task name to “Begin Collection of Artifacts” – agreed

Row6: update task name to “Establish Program Charter” – agreed

Row14: add task “Develop program issue log” – present as a generic task in BE DF Project Plan Template (row 62)

Row15: update task name to “Define High Level Requirements (Business, Process, Information)” – HB: update task description

Row15: add task “Inventory of existing reports” – HB: add this as a new task under Activity 1.9 Program Review. Sean – need you input

--Sean.mcclowry 06:37, 17 November 2007 (EST) Programme Review is really a just a general activity to review the project in the context of the methodology. It should be used by all solutions and then be applied at the discretion of the project team.

Row29: add task: “Collect leading practices” – HB: make Activity 1.5 applicable for EPM. Existing task 1.5.1 maps to your suggestion. Sean – need you input

Row30: add task: “workshops” – HB: this is more like how to perform a task and could be added in the task description (Task 1.5.6 is currently not applicable for EPM)

Row104: update activity name to “Roadmap and Foundational Activities; Roadmap Overview” – HB: no change needed; activity not applicable for EPM

I don’t think we should change applicability of all activities in phase 2, 3 and 4 to “should be performed”. I believe there is a reason some of these activities are suggested as “always” perform and unless there is a specific reason, we need not change. This is based on a key assumption that there will always be certain aspects to every project which will drive using or dropping of some activities suggested in the Usage Model/Project Plan.

--Sean.mcclowry 02:08, 1 February 2008 (EST) I believe Activity 1.5 is generally applicable for EPM if we consider a subset of IM - is there a specific recommendation on either a task to be added or area to be generalised to make sure there is better coverage?
