Web Analytics provide the analysis, presentation and delivery of information related to behaviour of a customer on the web site. This may result in tuning of the site or offering specific products to customers based on their behaviour.
Clickstream Analytics
Clickstream Analytics are used to engage with the customer based on their behavior on the site, i.e. click on a product may cause another product to be offered.
Site Analytics
Site Analytics are used to monitor site perfomance as well as whether the site is optimised from a navigation standpoint for users
Geo-Localisation
Geo-Localisation enables web content such as products to be served based on the network location of the customer
